The AI answers with a natural voice

It understands what the customer wants, answers questions, takes notes and books appointments speaking natural Spanish.

A call, line by line

Example · fictional transcript, no audio

  1. AI receptionist

Hi, I'm the AI assistant at Peluquería Lino. How can I help?

  2. Caller

Hi, I'd like to book a haircut this week.

  3. AI receptionist

Sure. I have Thursday at half past ten, or Friday at…The client speaks: she stops and listens

  4. Caller

    Thursday works for me.

  5. AI receptionist

Great, Thursday at half past ten. What name should I put it under?

  6. Caller

Marta Gil. My number is six one two, three four five, six seven eight.

  7. AI receptionist

Let me repeat that: 612 345 678. Your appointment on Thursday at 10:30 is booked.

What the conversation is like

It speaks natural Spanish, at a human pace: short sentences, no robotic rambling, and without talking over the caller — if the customer starts speaking, it stops and listens. It understands requests however they're phrased, which is how people really talk on the phone.

And if the customer speaks another language, it switches on the fly: it also handles English and other languages common among foreign customers, with no "press one" menu.

What it can do on the phone

The same as in the chat, but out loud: it answers questions with the information in your profile, takes down name and phone number, and closes bookings that show up instantly in your dashboard. It repeats sensitive details back to confirm them, just as a careful receptionist would.

  • Natural Spanish and automatic language switching
  • Doesn't interrupt: it listens and waits its turn
  • Books appointments that go straight into your dashboard

What it means for your business

The phone is where the gap between "answering" and "looking after someone well" shows most. A voice that sounds natural and actually solves things protects the most valuable thing you have: a new customer's first impression.
