Automatic answers
The same old questions, answered on their own
It answers frequently asked questions instantly, any time of day.
What exactly it does
Your receptionist instantly answers the questions you get every day: opening hours, prices, services, where you are, where to park, what to bring to the appointment. It does it in your website chat twenty-four hours a day, including when the business is closed, which is when most messages get lost.
It doesn't reply with menus or old-school robot buttons: it chats in natural language, understands how people really ask things and replies briefly and clearly, like an experienced receptionist would.

Where it gets its answers
From its profile: when you create the receptionist you tell it about your business as you would a new employee — services, opening hours, prices, house rules. It answers only with that information, in your tone.

When it's not in the profile
If it doesn't know something, it says so and captures the contact
If a customer asks something that isn't in its profile, it doesn't make it up: it says so, offers to take a note and saves the contact in your dashboard so you can deal with it.
Do you do fantasy hair colours?
I don't have that in my information and I don't want to tell you something that isn't right. If you leave me your name and phone number, I'll note it down for the team.

What it means for your business
Some messages arrive after hours or while you're with a customer. Every one left unanswered is someone writing to the next business on the list. With an instant reply, that conversation stays with you — and if they want an appointment, they can book it right there.
