Appointment management

From the chat to your calendar, without you

It suggests free slots, books the appointment and logs it in your dashboard.

What exactly it does

When someone wants an appointment, the receptionist does what you would: asks which service they want, suggests a day and time within your hours, asks for their name and phone number, and confirms the booking.

Sample data

The appointment is logged instantly in your dashboard, with the service, day, time and the customer's contact details. You see it in your dashboard and decide whether anything needs changing.

How it avoids the usual mistakes

It only offers slots within the hours you've given it, and never promises things it can't deliver: if a request is out of the ordinary (a large group, a service that isn't in its profile), it takes a note and leaves it in your dashboard instead of committing on your behalf.

  1. Always asks for name and phone number before confirming

  2. Sticks to your real hours and services

  3. Everything goes into your dashboard instantly, nothing on scraps of paper

What it means for your business

Appointments come in while you work, without interrupting you and without the classic "I'll call you back" that never happens. And since every booking comes with a phone number, letting someone know about a change or winning a customer back takes a moment.
